ATC_Concern Monitoring Log (CML)
The Customer Monitoring Log (CML) is required to ensure that all reports are properly documented and monitored.

Instruction: 
1. Any customer (owner or tenant) are required to fill out the CML. 
2. Any staff are required to fill out the CML
3. Make sure to include complete name and contact details for ownership of report and where APMC shall reach out to you for update.

Note: 
Only report with CML is considered active and valid. 
NO CML, NO PROCESSING OF REPORT.
