Dear Valued Residents,
We are pleased to introduce Mr. Jairo Nilo, who recently joined us as the Resident Relations Officer effective December 01, 2023.
Mr. Nilo has customer service experience in both mall and residential building for almost 2 years. His key role is to help manage the needs and concerns of Towers 1 & 2 community. He will also be helping us in facilitating various community events that will help us grow closer as neighbors and enjoy each other’s company and friends.

ATCENTERA Circular 2024-004_New Engineering Manager
Dear Valued Residents and Unit Owners,
We are pleased to announce that Engr. Joey Ocampo will be joining us as new Engineering Manager starting January 15, 2024 in lieu of the current Engineering Manager, Engr. Remuel Sariola who will be transferred to his new assignment.
Engr. Ocampo is a registered Mechanical Engineer and a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He has gained experience over the past 3 years of his career in residential property as an engineer.
In the upcoming weeks, Engr. Ocampo and Engr. Sariola will collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure a smooth transition of operation and maintenance of our building system.
